The method comprises: defining a communication protocol between a cloud management platform and a wireless access gateway; and managing communication between the cloud management platform and the wireless access gateway on the basis of the communication protocol. By implementing the present invention, the communication protocol between the cloud management platform and the wireless access gateway is defined first, and the communication between the cloud management platform and the wireless access gateway is managed on the basis of the communication protocol, a universal, high efficiency, and CloudWiFi network architecture-based device management interface solution is provided, thus solving the problem found in an existing CloudWiFi network architecture with interest inputs of network device manufacturers and interconnection and communication among devices of different manufacturers caused in networking operations and maintenance.
