Laser-Driven Light Source (LDLS™) With Multiple Fiber Outputs

A laser-driven light source (LDLSTM) system with multiple fiber outputs is developed for photonic or semiconductor processing applications. Simulation and measurement results of fiber-to-fiber uniformity from 380nm to 1000nm are presented.
