Mucin 5ac specific human antibody and use thereof

The present invention pertains to: a mucin 5AC specific human antibody in which a heavy chain complementarity determining region 1 comprises an amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:1, a heavy chain complementarity determining region 2 comprises an amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:2, a heavy chain complementarity determining region 3 comprises an amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:3, a light chain complementarity determining region 1 comprising an amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:4, a light chain complementarity determining region 2 comprising an amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:5, and a light chain complementarity determining region 3 comprising an amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:6; an antigen-binding fragment of the mucin 5AC specific human antibody; and a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of diseases involving the abnormal expression of mucin 5AC, said pharmaceutical composition containing the mucin 5AC specific human antibody and/or the antigen-binding fragment.
