The First Key Comparison of Primary Standard Gas Mixture of the Brazilian National Metrology Institute

The growing requirements concerning the accuracy of measurements and their traceability and worldwide comparability constitute a considerable challenge for Brazilian National Metrology Institute, Inmetro, with its responsibility for ensuring the scientific background for the consistency and accuracy of national measurements. This paper reports the results of the first participation of Inmetro in the international key comparison (KC) of primary standard gas mixture (PSM) of automotive emission gravimetric production.
