La capilaridad del gobierno militar durante la última dictadura (1976-1983). Un abordaje de caso desde el nivel de las agencias estatales comunales de la provincia de Santa Fe

The present article investigates the capillarity of the last military government (1976-1986). It focuses on the communal state agencies of the province of Santa Fe analysis. The article departs from the case analysis to examine the Commune of Correa, a small town located in the south-center area of the province of Santa Fe. It explores the articulation between the national / provincial measures and prescriptions and the concrete application in the state space. The analysis reconstructs the local power relationships and the interaction between the civil and military actors. This research also examines the disciplinary strategies implemented by the government administration of the Commune of Correa. Finally, it analyses the politics implemented by the communal government in order to interact with the community.
