14C-synthesen biologisch interessanter p-substituierter aryläthan-körper

p-Methoxyphenylacetaldehyde oxime-1−14C and p-hydroxyphenylacetaldehyde oxime-1−14C were synthesized from the corresponding arylnitroethenes. The radioactive carbon atom was introduced by the condensation of p-substituted benzaldehydes with nitromethane−14C. Using preparative thin layer chromatography a convenient procedure is described leading to products with high specific activity. Under certain conditions the reduction of arylnitroethenes yielded predominantly the saturated nitrocompounds. Labelled tyrosol and its derivatives were obtained from the corresponding acids by reduction with lithium aluminium hydride. Es wird die Synthese p-substituierter Phenylacetaldoxime und Phenylnitroathane im Millimol-Masstab beschrieben, wobei das radioaktive Kohlenstoffatom durch Kondensation von Aldehyden mit Nitromethan−14C eingefuhrt wird. Markiertes Tyrosol und dessen O-Methylderivat konnen durch Lithiumaluminiumhydrid-Reduktion der entsprechenden Carbonsauren erhalten werden.
