Effects of Swelling Conditions on Surface Etching for Polycarbonate Substrates

Effects of composition of swelling solution,processing condition and etching time on surface etching for PC substrate were investigated in MnO2-H2SO4 colloid system.The surface etching performance was evaluated by SEM observation,when N,N-dimethylformamide concentration was 85% and swelling time was 4 min,satisfied swelling and etching results were obtained at room temperature.
