Оценка ауторегуляции церебральной гемодинамики у крыс самок при эндотелиальной дисфункции, вызванной недостаточностью половых гормонов

2016
Endothelium function was assessed according to the reduction of endothelium-dependent vasodilatation of ratsbrain vessels on intravenous administration of the modulator of endogenous nitrogen oxide acetylcholine and a vasoconstriction at introduction of inhibitor NO synthase L-NAME. The endothelium-independent vasodilatation was assessed according to the increase in speed of a brain blood-groove at intravenous administration of nitroglycerine. Cerebral hemodynamics autoregulation was assessed by means of an overshut coefficient and autoregulation force, which were counted from the results of the compression test. The results of the experiment showed that reliable decrease of an overshut coefficient by 27% and autoregulation force by 36% concerning intact and false operated groups was observed at animals with insufficiency of reproductive hormones caused by endothelium dysfunction.
