A Macromodel of Memristor Using Symbolically Defined Devices

A macromodel of the prototype of memristor is developed in Advance Design System software (ADS) by using symbolically defined devices (SDDs). This model can simulate the electrical behaviors of a memristor. It is shown that the presented macromodel meets the requirements for simulations of application circuits.
