Analysis of a Management System for Industrial Safety at Oil Refineries

One of the requirements for implementation of safety-management systems by companies is periodic analysis of their operation. A suggested approach to analysis of operational management of industrial safety is based on analysis of the primary causes of accidents at oil refineries. Parameters characterizing effective management of industrial safety are presented for these establishments.
