Synthesis of a new class of antifungal drug Butenafine's analogues

2004
Five Butenafine's analogues were designed and synthesized according to the structure-activity relationship and operating mechanism of benzylamine antimycotics. They are named as N-(2-chloro-5-pyridinmethyl)-N-methyl-1-naphthlenemethanamine, N,N-di(4-butylbenzyl)-1-naphthlenemethanamine, N-(4-butylbenzyl)-N-(2-chloro-5-pyridinmethyl)-1-naphthlenemethanamine, N,N-dibenzyl-4-butylbenzylamine, N-(2-chloro-5-pyridinmethyl)-N-benzyl-4-butylbenzylamine. The research scope of this class of antifungal compounds is expanded.
