A post-treatment process method of alkyl blocking of poly(propylene oxide) comprises steps of: after blocking of poly(propylene oxide), adding water and stirring; layering after the stirring; separating the blocking poly(propylene oxide) and brine; adding water into the blocking poly(propylene oxide) for a second time and stirring; layering again; separating again; adding white clay into the blocking poly(propylene oxide) to remove water; carrying out vacuum dehydration on the blocking poly(propylene oxide) layer (ether layer); after dehydration of the ether layer, removing the white clay by press filtration to obtain a blocking poly(propylene oxide) finished product; removing extreme microscale organic matter in the water layer by adsorbent; carrying out pressure reduction condensation on the brine treated in step (11); and cooling the brine for crystallization and filtering to obtain refined salt. The invention overcomes defects of product loss and generation of a large amount of waste salt of a prior art. The novel method changes the post-treatment technology of poly(propylene oxide) after blocking, increases product yield and eliminates generation of waste salt to obtain refined common salt. The novel post-treatment technology reduces resource waste and realizes green production.
