Emission inventory to support new source air quality permit application

This report presents information to supplement that provided in ''Application for Permit and Certificate of Registration, General Form for Sources Located within the State of New Mexico'' for construction of the WIPP facility. Supporting data are provided to clarify required information for a New Mexico New Source Air Quality Permit. Fuel combustion will generate only a very minor portion of the total particulate emissions. Fuel combustion will generate larger quantities of nitrogen oxides and carbon monoxide, however, it is not expected that ambient concentrations approaching State or Federal standards will result. No hazardous or radioactive air pollutant emissions will result from WIPP construction.
