Method for preparing 1H-indene-1-ketone-3-methanoic acid compound

The invention relates to the fields of pharmaceutical chemistry and chemical industries, in particular to composition substituting for a 1H-indene-1-ketone-3-methanoic acid compound and applications of the 1H-indene-1-ketone-3-methanoic acid compound in the pharmaceutical composition. The preparation method is characterized in that a substituted 3-oxo-2, 3-dihydro-1H-indene-1-carboxylic acid (II) is taken as a raw material which is halogenated so as to generate the 1H-indene-1-ketone-3-methanoic acid compound (III); and single molecule HX is removed under the action of weak base 1, 8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0] undec-7-ene so as to obtain a target compound (I). The composition route has the advantages of being easy in obtaining reaction materials, convenient in post-processing and higher in yield; and the composition route can be simultaneously used for avoiding the use of highly toxic reagent, and can accord with the requirements of green chemistry.
