2009
Process for the production of arylcarboxamides of formula (I) ** ** Formula wherein the substituents have the following meanings: Ar is phenyl ring, pyridyl or pyrazolyl mono- to trisubstituted, wherein the substituents are independently selected from each other halogen, C1-C4 haloalkyl and C1-C4 alkyl; M is thienyl or phenyl which may carry a halogen substituent; Q is a direct bond, cyclopropylene ring, a bicyclo [2.2.1] heptane or bicyclo [2.2.1] heptene condensate; R1 is hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C4alkoxy, C1-C4 haloalkoxy, phenyl mono- to trisubstituted, in the quelos substituents independently selected from halogen and trifluoromethylthio, or cyclopropyl; by reacting an acid chloride of formula (II) with an aryl amine (III) in a suitable nonaqueous solvent, wherein in the absence of an auxiliary base, a) the acid chloride (II), b) previously available pressure is set from 0 to 700 mbar, c) is added in a dosed manner arylamine (III), so that the molar ratio of (II) to (III) amounts ade 0.9: 1 to 1.1: 1 and d) the product of value is isolated.
