Computed Tomographic Appearance of Systemic Malignant Lymphoma Involving Brain

• Systemic malignant lymphoma involving brain is rare. We describe herein a patient who had secondary involvement of the CNS from diffuse histiocytic lymphoma and highlight several important features of the computed tomographic scan in this disorder.
