The survey takes the consumer reviews of the elderly wearable devices as the research object, conducts in-depth mining and emotional analysis on the review data and feature words, and obtains the characteristics and functions of wearable devices that consumers care about, as well as the main factors influencing consumers to make purchase decisions.
