The Improvement Path of Police’s Scientific and Technological Literacy Based on Multi-objective Optimization Algorithm

At this stage, the national public security is implementing the big data strategy, and actively building intelligent public security and data policing. The role of police big data in combating crimes, maintaining social stability, and promoting public security is becoming increasingly prominent. However, due to the imperfect connotation of police data literacy and the lack of professional and technical personnel, the in-depth mining and application of public security big data is seriously restricted. Through a detailed interpretation of the concept and connotation of police’s data literacy, this paper puts forward an education model of police’s data literacy from four aspects of data awareness, data knowledge, data skills and data application. Combined with the construction of police vocational education system, through reasonable top-level design, it carries out comprehensive development from awareness, education, training and application.
