Characteristics of shrub communities in Shantangzi area of Shenzhen.

The species composition,geographical components,biotype,structure and diversity of shrub communities in Shantangzi area of Shenzhen were analyzed by field quadrat statistics to provide the technical support for revegetation and simulated reconstruction of local natural vegetation.The results showed that there were 74 vascular plant species belonging to 69 genera,43 families in shrub community of Shantamgzi area,the community was mainly composed of shrub,herbal and vine plants,86% of floristic geographic element was tropical type,and the community biotype was mainly composed of microphanerophytes.The analysis of species diversity indicates that the richness and diversity of shrub layer are the highest,and the distribution evenness of vine plants is the highest.
