Laser film detecting and stretching production line

A laser film detecting and stretching production line comprises an unwinding device, a unilateral stretching device, a mould pressing device, a plate width detecting device and a winding device which are sequentially arranged. A base film wound by the unwinding device is conveyed to the unilateral stretching device, the mould pressing device, the plate width detecting device and the winding device through a plurality of guide rollers, wherein the mould pressing device is used for pressing a laser film onto the base film, the plate width detecting device is used for detecting whether the pressed laser film generates a sleeving position or an increasing angle or not, the unilateral stretching device is fixedly connected to one guide roller and used for unilaterally stretching the laser film with an inaccurate sleeving position or the increasing angle conveyed by the guide rollers, and the winding device is used for winding the base film with the pressed laser film. The films with different tightness and edge thicknesses can be automatically detected and corrected.
