The effect of anomalies of impedance of a SrTiO3 substrates on that of an Y1Ba2Cu3Ox films

Abstract A temperature correlation is found between the anomalous Ohmic losses of the Y 1 Ba 2 Cu 3 O x film and the SrTiO 3 substrate. It is shown that no anomalies are observed when the misfit between the substrate surfase plane and the crystallographic plane (100) is less than ∼ 1°.
