Інституціональні аспекти розвитку сільських територій у контексті концепції соціальної держави

The study analyzes the institutional aspects of rural areas development in the context of the concept of a social state. The authors have found that the priority spheres for improving the institutional support of socio-economic development of rural areas include as follows: improvement of state regulation of incomes of rural population, in particular, remuneration of agricultural workers, raising their wages level to the national average wages; development and implementation of state programs for development of social infrastructure of rural territories, improvement of providing of public services and utilities in rural settlements; application of the program-targeted approach as a tool for state regulation of rural areas development.
