Pengaruh Aktiva Tetap, Kebijakan Dividen, Likuiditas, Pertumbuhan Perusahaan dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Kebijakan Hutang pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdapat di BEI

The problem the research is whether fixed assets; dividend policy; liquidity; company growth ;and size simultaneously influence debt policy of the manufacturing companies listed on the indonesia stock exchange. The population in this research is manufacturing companies listed on the indonesia stock exchange as many as 137 companies since 2011-2013. The sampling method used was purposive sampling; the sample of 19 companies for the years 2011-2013. The source of data is secondary data which is gained from website www.idx.co.id. Data processing is done by pooling data. The method of data analysis used was multiple regression analysis with SPSS. The result of the research simultaneously shows that fixed assets; dividend policy; liquidity; company growth ;and size significantly affect the debt policy ;which F count (12;615) > F tabel (2;61); and 0;05 (0;000 < 0;05). Adjusted R Square value of the output 0;553 of dependent variabel debt policy changes can be explain by independent variables 55;3%; where as the 44;7% affected other variables outside this research. The conclusion of this research is shows fixed assets; dividend policy; liquidity; company growth ;and size simultaneously influence debt policy of the manufacturing companies listed on the indonesia stock exchange
