Mutants of X Factor

The present invention relates to a protein that is a variant of Factor X comprising a mutated sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1, said protein comprising at its N-terminus, optionally the sequence of signal peptide SEQ ID NO: 7, and a different propeptide natural propeptide of factor X.
