Cooling equipment between racks and hot core rolling technology

The invention provides cooling equipment between racks and a hot core rolling technology. In the rolling technological process, the cooling equipment is arranged between a rough rolling mill and a finish rolling mill, so that an intermediate billet steel plate subjected to rough rolling meets the finish rolling temperature requirement advantageously as soon as possible, the temperature waiting time and the rolling period are shortened, and energy saving and consumption reducing are achieved; and hot core rolling is adopted, improving of the core toughness of the rolled steel plate is facilitated, the core quality of the plate is improved, and thus the flaw detection qualified rate of the steel plate is increased. The cooling equipment between the racks is characterized by comprising a frame which is provided with a cooling manifold array; each cooling manifold is provided with a nozzle array; the frame is internally provided with a cooling roller bed transverse crossing section; the left end of the frame is the input end of the intermediate billet steel plate; and the right end of the frame is the output end of the intermediate billet steel plate.
