The research of indirect manufacturing technology of injection mold with the conformal cooling channels whith is based on the methods of SLS

It studies the SLS powder rapid prototyping method is applied to injection mold-shaped cooling channels,the formation of built-in water channels by this method,it is not only can guarantee the uniformity of injection mold cavity surface transfers heat evenly,but also in ensuring under the premise of the mechanical performance,it can pruduces working parts of the injection mold which achieves rapid injection molding and high-light and traceless of the plastic parts directly,overcomes the distortion and weld traces and other undesirable defects,significantly shortens the molding cycle and increases productivity.
