Effects analysis of CPR operation technique training for the new nurses

Objective To explore the method of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) operation technique training for the new graduates nurses,in order to improve the new nurse's skill level of emergency operation.Methods The examination mode and standard of unarmed CPR operation technique training were made and improved.The new nurses were trained and examined with the new standard for evaluation.Qualified rate and operation skill level were compared before and after the training.Results Through training,new graduate nurses'examination qualified rate was from 60% before training to 100%.The difference was statistically significant ( P < 0.05 ).Operation skills such as invalid artificial respiration,chest outside pressing position,press posture,pressing frequency,amplitude unqualifiedly,no disposal of dangerous scenes were less than before training,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05 ).Conclusions Theory knowledge teaching,the instructors demonstration,on - site guidance and the simulated training of dangerous scenes can make new nurses effectively master CPR,improve the capability of emergency operation.
