Integrating calorimeter and method for calculating consumption calories

An object of the present invention is to provide an integrated calorimeter capable of accurate consumed calorie calculation, and a consumed calorie calculation method using the same. The present invention relates to an integrated calorimeter including: a flow meter measuring the flow rate of a working fluid used for heat transfer; a supply side temperature sensor measuring the temperature of the working fluid flowing into a heat transfer target; a return side temperature sensor measuring the temperature of the working fluid discharged from the heat transfer target; a calculation unit calculating a consumed calorie by using the flow rate of the working fluid measured from the flow meter, the supply side working fluid temperature measured from the supply side temperature sensor, and the return side working fluid temperature measured from the return side temperature sensor; and a memory unit storing the history data of the working fluid and the specific heat data of the working fluid depending on the period of use of the working fluid, wherein the calculation unit reflects, in the consumed calorie calculation, the specific heat of the working fluid corrected by means of the history data of the working fluid and the specific heat data of the working fluid depending on the period of use of the working fluid stored in the memory unit.
