RESEARCH ON HNST500 ENVIRONMENTAL-PROTECTION CONTINUOUS COUNTER-CONCURRENT FLOW QUALITY PRESERVATION PADDY DRYER

We designed a HNST500 environmental-protection continuous counter-concurrent flow quality preservation high-moisture paddy dryer for the first time in this paper.The machine included four-stage counter flow drying,four-stage concurrent flow drying,four-stage tempering,one-stage counter flow cooling and one-stage concurrent flow cooling steps,wherein the counter flow and the concurrent flow operations were carried out alternately;one tempering step was performed after each stage of the counter flow drying and the concurrent flow drying;and the number of the drying and tempering stages increased with the increase of the moisture reduction rate.The experiment proved that the dryer had the advantages of high thermal efficiency,low energy consumption,high drying quality,environmental protection,no pollution and continuous production,and could reduce the moisture content to the safe moisture content in one step.
