The invention discloses a grid driving circuit provided with a voltage clamping function. The grid driving circuit comprises a current-limiting resistor, a first switch element, an acceleration circuit, a second switch element, and a voltage clamping circuit. The current-limiting resistor is provided with a first end and a second end. The first switch element is coupled with a power supply end and the first end, and is controlled by a control signal. The acceleration circuit is coupled with the first end and the second end, and can be used to provide a current transmission path selectively based on a first bias voltage and the voltage of the second end. The second switch element is coupled with the second end and a grounding terminal, and is controlled by the control signal. The voltage clamping circuit is coupled between the second end and the grounding terminal. When the differential value between first bias voltage and the voltage of the second end is smaller than a first threshold value, the acceleration circuit can stop the current transmission path, and therefore the power consumption of the grid driving circuit can be reduced.
