The present invention discloses a method for preparing a complex of trimethyl aluminum oxynitride tetradentate ligand, the steps of: the N, N'- dimethyl -? N, N'- diphenyl-ethylenediamine in the presence of n-butyllithium with benzaldehyde or a substituted benzaldehyde, to give oxynitride tetradentate ligand; the ligand is added at -20 ~ 0 ℃ equimolar amounts trimethylaluminum, warmed to room temperature after the addition, the reaction temperature was raised to 80 deg.] C 12h, after the reaction, an aluminum complex process; the complex structural formula shown in formula ⅰ. Open-loop method is simple preparation of the present invention, good performance of the resulting ligand, aluminum complexes can be generated to react with an alkyl aluminum, the aluminum complex efficiently methyl catalytic polymerization of lactide, high catalyst activity, can be three-dimensional structure and molecular weight of the polymer regulation, to meet different needs, have a good market prospect.
