Device for recovering sulfur dioxide from high-temperature smoke gas

2013
The utility model discloses a device for recovering sulfur dioxide from high-temperature smoke gas, relating a smoke gas desulfurization device. A byproduct processing center (1) is connected with a byproduct output pump (2), the byproduct output pump (2) is connected with a cooling tower (3), the cooling tower (3) is connected with a discharge pump (4) of the cooling tower, the discharge pump (4) of the cooling tower is connected with a water cooler (9), the water cooler (9) is connected with an intermediate storage tank (5), the intermediate storage tank (5) is connected with the discharge pump (6) of an absorption tower, the discharge pump (6) of the absorption tower is connected with the absorption tower (7), and the adsorption tower (7) is connected with an oxidation fan (8). The device utilizes circulating water to move away excess heat which is brought into a desulfurization system by the high-temperature smoke gas, solves the problem that the operation temperature of the adsorption tower is too high under the treatment conditions of the high-temperature smoke gas, and can further control the operation temperature of the adsorption tower in a reasonable range.
