The invention discloses a conductive binder which is prepared from the following raw materials by weight part: 10-80 parts of conductive macromolecules, 10-80 parts of cross-linking agents and 1-10 parts of doping agents. The conductive binder provided by the invention has excellent electrical conductivity, substrate adhesiveness and super-strong elasticity. The conductive binder applied to the cathode of the silicon substrate lithium ion battery can simplify a preparation technique of a cathode pole piece of the lithium ion battery, can promote the electrical conductivity of the pole piece, can increase the electrochemical stability of the whole electrode structure and can accept huge volume change of the material in the charge-discharge cycle process, so that the cycling stability and the rate capability of the ion battery can be increased.
