The invention relates to a drink and provides an acquisition method for a dandelion juice and preparation of a dandelion beverage. The acquisition method for the dandelion juice comprises the following steps: picking; cleaning; air drying; decocting; and filtering so as to obtain the dandelion juice. According to the invention, the dandelion beverage obtained through reasonable process, especially obtained at a temperature lower than 90 DEG C, completely retains nutritional ingredients and medicinal values unique to dandelion; with the acquisition method, active ingredients in dandelion are fully extracted and the nutritive value of dandelion is fully utilized. The dandelion beverage is a natural, green, nutritious and healthy plant beverage and caters for the development market and trend of beverages.
