PURPOSE: A microfluidic array system for biological, chemical, and biochemical evaluation is provided. CONSTITUTION: A microfluidic array system having plural layers for biological, chemical, and biochemical evaluation contains plural fluid flow channels for transferring selected reagent or samples, and comprises: a fluidic layer connected to a chamber array including plural reaction chambers; a control layer containing plural control channels; a valve system for the plural fluid flow channel. A method for producing the multi-layer liquid microarray chip comprises: a step of masking plural layers of multi-layer liquid array chip; a step of generating a first layer containing the plural fluid flow channels; a step of generating a second layer containing the plural fluid flow channel; a step of individually curing the first layer and second layer; a step of arranging the first and second layers; and a step of curing the first and second layers.
