Malignes fibröses Histiozytom der Harnblase - eine diagnostische Herausforderung

Es wird der 15. Fall eines malignen fibrosen Histiozytoms der Harnblase bei einem 57jahrigen Patienten vorgestellt. Die histologische Einordnung des Tumors war schwierig und fuhrte erst verspatet zur radikalen Zystoprostatektomie. A case of a malignant histiocytoma of the bladder in a 57 year old male is reported. Up to now 15 cases of this tumor have been described. The clinical rarity of this tumor leaded to significant delay in establishing a definitive diagnosis and therapy.
