Paligorskite composition modified asphalt and its manufacturing method

Disclosed is a paligorskite composition modified asphalt comprising (by weight ratio) 90-95 parts of base asphalt, 1-3 parts of paligorskite, 2-5 parts of butadiene styrene rubber, and 1-4 parts of adhesion promoter, the preparing process comprises, subjecting the paligorskite to refinement treatment or organic modification treatment, grinding to 100-200 micrometers, charging into molten matrix asphalt, charging butadiene styrene rubber and thickening agent while slowly agitating, carrying out high speed shearing for homogeneous blending. The obtained paligorskite composition modified asphalt has fine high-temperature behavior, cold cracking resistance and ageing resistance.
