Automatic Generation of Courseware Reflecting Author's Instructional Strategy

Our objective is to construct a system that automatically generates courseware within a given section, based on an author's instructional strategy. In our approach, an author's instructional strategies are described as rules for generating courseware. The system determines appropriate teaching materials and the order of displaying them by applying these rules to a database comprising teaching materials. The experimental results reveal that the prototype system can generate the same courseware as what an author has generated manually.
