Psychological Nursing of the Internal Medicine Outpatients

Objective To explore the measures of psychological nursing in the internal medicine outpatients.Methods By random questionnaire survey,the common psychological characteristics of internal medicine outpatients were understood.Results The outpatients were prone to anxiety,fear,suspicion,pessimism and other psychological characteristics.Coclusion To achieve the best effects of nursing and treatment,the clinic nurses shall not only improve their business qualities,but also master the psychological knowledge and communication skills.
