The present invention relates to a composite metal electrodes of molybdenum dioxide and its preparation method and application; technical field of electrochemical belongs. The present invention is first formulated containing a mixed solution of a soluble alkaline metal molybdates and other oxygen-containing salt; co-deposited electrode collector and the composite layer is deposited molybdenum dioxide fluid and deposited on the surface of a metal by electrochemical, to give a supercapacitors molybdenum dioxide composite electrode. The present invention is by electrochemical co-deposition of molybdenum dioxide supercapacitor electrode metal composite, the metal distributed uniformly inside the molybdenum dioxide deposited layer, the metal can be selected in the stable working potential range without being electrically molybdenum dioxide chemical etching, while having high charge and discharge efficiency for hydrogen evolution overpotential without affecting the molybdenum dioxide, it is possible to improve the electronic conductivity and electrochemical properties of the electrode prepared to obtain high electrode specific capacitance characteristics. Rational design of the present invention is a composite electrode structure, the preparation process is simple, and easy to be applied to large-scale preparation of the supercapacitor.
