Aerodynamic pollution-preventive suspended insulator

The invention relates to suspended ceramic or glass insulators used for power transmission lines in windy and sandy areas, in particular to an aerodynamic pollution-preventive suspended insulator which is formed by connecting a steel cap (1), an umbrella shirt (2) and a steel foot (3). The aerodynamic pollution-preventive suspended insulator is characterized in that the umbrella shirt (2) is composed of an upper-layer umbrella shirt (21) and a lower-layer umbrella shirt (23), radius of the upper-layer umbrella shirt (21) is greater than that of the lower-layer umbrella shirt (23), and a downward annular small umbrella edge (22) is arranged at the outer edge of the upper-layer umbrella shirt (21). The aerodynamic pollution-preventive suspended insulator has the advantages that the surface of the insulator is less prone to sand deposition in windy and sandy environment, so that pollution degree of the insulator is lowered; due to cooperation between a big umbrella and the small umbrella edge, bird dirt, ice and rainwater are difficult to realize bridge connection, and pollution flashover level of the insulator is improved; the insulator has certain elasticity for creepage distance design.
