LG (Liquefied Gas) gasification system and method

The invention relates to an LG (Liquefied Gas) gasification system which is mounted on an LG pipeline which is used for conveying LG. The system comprises a gasification component, a heat exchanger, a circulating pump, an expansion water cabinet and a gasifying heat exchange medium pipeline, wherein the gasification component is used for heating and gasifying the LG, the heat exchanger is used for introducing a heating heat exchange medium which undergoes heat exchange with a gasifying heat exchange medium, the circulating pump is used for supplying power to the gasifying heat exchange medium, and the expansion water cabinet is used for buffering impact, which is formed by the expansion and contraction of the gasifying heat exchange medium in closed circulation; the gasification component, the expansion water cabinet, the circulating pump and the heat exchanger are sequentially connected together by the gasifying heat exchange medium pipeline, so as to form the closed circulation of the gasifying heat exchange medium; the circulating pump drives the gasifying heat exchange medium to continuously undergo closed circulation, the temperature of the gasifying heat exchange medium rises after the gasifying heat exchange medium undergoes heat exchange with the heating heat exchange medium in the heat exchanger, then, the LG is heated in the gasification component and is gasified into gas, and the impact which is formed by the expansion and contraction of the gasifying heat exchange medium in the closed circulation is buffered in the expansion water cabinet. According to the system, the stability of the temperature of the gas is improved, and the risk of leakage is reduced, so that the system is suitable for gasifying the LG on a steamship.
