Method for culturing full autotrophic denitrification granular sludge in continuous flow reactor

2014
The invention discloses a method for culturing full autotrophic denitrification granular sludge in a continuous flow reactor, and belongs to the field of wastewater autotrophic denitrification. The method comprises the following steps of: firstly, inoculating a CANON biological membrane in the continuous flow reactor; directly beginning to carry out a full autotrophic denitrification process under an oxygen limitation condition to culture the full autotrophic denitrification granular sludge. The full autotrophic denitrification granular sludge process is started under a low-load condition at first, and then the inoculated sludge continuously adapts to the reaction condition in the continuous flow reactor, so that the processing ability of the continuous flow reactor is continuously improved; in a high-load culturing stage, the water inflowing load is improved by utilizing means of keeping the ammonia-nitrogen concentration of inflowing water invariable and shortening hydraulic retention time to continuously culture granular sludge. Because strong flow shear stress acts upon the continuous flow reactor, the granulation process of the full autotrophic denitrification sludge is promoted, and the structure of the granular sludge formed in the continuous flow reactor is relatively stable.
