Anti-icing device for stand pipes of ice-resisting guide pipe frame platform

2014
The invention relates to an anti-icing device for stand pipes of an ice-resisting guide pipe frame platform. The anti-icing device comprises large cones and semicircular small cones, wherein the large cones are fixed onto pile legs in a surrounding mode, the stand pipes are located on the pile legs and the semicircular small cones are additionally arranged on the large cones. The number of the small cones is equal to the number of the stand pipes on the pile legs. The whole anti-icing device is divided into an upper part and a lower part, the upper parts of the upper cones are smaller than the lower parts of the upper cones and the upper parts of the lower cones are larger than the lower parts of the lower cones. Upper openings and lower openings of the small cones are respectively in the shape of a 180-degree semi-arc. If the conical surfaces of the small cones and the conical surfaces of the large cones intersect, the surfaces of the large cones serve as the boundaries of the conical surfaces of the small cones. Flat plates are arranged in gaps for supplementation, wherein the gaps are formed due to the fact that the conical surfaces of the small cones and the conical surfaces of the large cones do not intersect. The spare parts of the flat plates are cut off and only the boundaries in the welding technology size are reserved. The anti-icing device reduces force exerted on the anti-icing platform by sea ice, and meanwhile can completely protect the stand pipes from being directly acted by the sea ice and prevent accidents and environment disasters caused due to the fact that the stand pipes are broken under the direct effect of the sea ice.
