PURPOSE: A heat-insulating panel fixture and a heat-insulating panel fixing method using the same are provided to prevent the damage to, separation of, and deformation of a heat-insulating panel and to improve heat-insulating performance though the heat-insulating panel is coupled even in a cover of a building. CONSTITUTION: The structure of a heat-insulating panel(B) fixture is constituted as follows. The fixture fixes and couples a heat-insulating panel, such as an expanded resin panel, in a corner(C) of a building. A sawtooth part is formed in the fixture. The fixture is formed into a U-shape. A hinge part is formed at the center of the base plate to be bent to both sides.
