Investigation and analysis of unreasonable application of antibacterial drug

Objectiv: analyze the irrational use status of antibacterial drug for hospitalized patients,to promote the clinical use of drug.Methods: Randomly selected 920 medical records discharged from hospital from July 2011 to June 2012,On the unreasonable application of antibacterial drugs,statistic analysis.Results: antibiotics were used in 522,and antibiotics were used irrationally in 71(13.60%).The irrational use of antibiotics was reflected in improper drug selection,irrational method of drug use,inappropriate antibiotic powder solvents,inappropriate combination therapy and Perioperative prophylaxis is not reasonable,etc.CONCLUSION: Hospitalized patients of irrational use of antibiotics should not be ignored,Hospitals should take comprehensive measures should be taken to strengthen the use of antibacterial drugs,supervision,promoting rational use of antimicrobial agents.
