Research on Evaluating Stat Method Instance of Wind Resources

Wind energy is clean resources.The usage of wind resources is very important for environment protection.This paper introduces some contents of wind resources assessment.Take a wind farm in Shandong as example to calculate.The result shows that this wind farm belongs to 2nd grade and should choose IEC ⅢC wind turbine.
