My scientific life: 40 years at the College de France

Abstract This article presents a translation into English from an autobiographical document written in French by Jacques Le Magnen. The text contains a full translation of Le Magnen's account of the progression of scientific studies in his laboratory, as well as selected biographical data illustrated by quotes from Le Magnen's text. A complete scientific bibliography is included.
