Перинатальные исходы при инфицированной плаценте

2015
The purpose of this study was to examine fetus's regulatory and adaptive processes compared with perinatal outcomes in infected placenta. A retrospective case-control study was conducted, which included 187 pregnant women with transplacental infection and their newborns. The study revealed that infection of the placenta leads to the formation of placental insufficiency of varying severity. On the basis of clinical manifestations of perinatal complications formation, violations of regulatory and adaptive processes in the mother placenta fetus system play the decisive role. They were identified on the basis of the heart rate variability analysis of mother and fetus, and were due to the severity of the morphological and functional dysfunction of the placenta.
