The result of catalytic degradation of protopectin (PP) from sunflower head residue in the hydrodynamics flow of hydrochloride solution at pH 1.2, Т=85°С and column extraction flow of 6 ml/min are described. The polysaccharide content from each PP fractions namely microgel (MG), pectin substances (PS) and oligosaccharides (OS) were determined in each hydrolisate solution fraction after the column extraction. The experimental data on the PP degradation was processed using equation for the first order reaction in dynamic mode. Such approaches allow to evaluate the parameters of reaction, the rate constant of the process.
